The movie continues one year after the initial True to the Game, delving into the lives of the individuals impacted by Quadir’s murder. As she distances herself from Philadelphia’s perilous world and mourns Quadir’s loss, Gena has transformed herself into a journalist, establishing a new life in New York City. Standing at a crossroads in her profession, Gena encounters an opportunity to travel to Los Angeles and decides to utilize this time for self-discovery. Despite being far from her hometown, Philadelphia continues to exert its influence on Gena. An individual connected to Quadir has intercepted Jerrell’s shipment, prompting Jerrell to take to the streets with an unwavering determination to uncover the culprit. Jerrell is resolute in securing his payment by any means necessary, and his quest begins with Gena.
