The story follows the Vandals’ transformation over a decade, starting as a local club of outsiders brought together by their love for adventure, rumbling motorcycles, and respect for their strong and steady leader, Johnny. Throughout the years, Kathy navigates the challenges of her husband’s untamed nature and his strong bond with Johnny, creating a sense of competition for Benny’s attention. As the club evolves and takes a darker turn, Kathy, Benny, and Johnny find themselves facing choices that will test their loyalty to the club and each other.
