It is said that a dog is a man’s closest companion, but what if the man is a complete scoundrel? In that case, it might be time for some delightful payback, canine style. When Reggie, a gullible, relentlessly hopeful Border Terrier, is deserted on the tough city streets by his despicable owner, Doug, Reggie is certain that his beloved owner would never abandon him intentionally. However, once Reggie befriends a fast-talking, vulgar Boston Terrier named Bug, a stray who cherishes his freedom and believes that owners are for fools, Reggie finally realizes he was in a toxic relationship and starts to see Doug for the heartless cheat that he is.
