Soldier is science fiction action film directed by Paul W. S. Anderson, written by David Webb Peoples, and starring Kurt Russell, Jason Scott Lee, Jason Isaacs, Connie Nielsen, Sean Pertwee and Gary Busey.
A soldier is dumped on a waste disposal planet and lives among a community of crash survivors on the planet and takes it upon himself to defend his new home when genetic engineered soldiers are ordered to eliminate the crash survivors. Galactic wars of the near future are fought by soldiers trained from infancy to be merciless and obedient. but times change ad bioengineered warriors make veterans like Sgt. Todd obsolete. But don’t tell him that!
