The Wall Season 4 will be on NBC at January 4, 2021 and the day after on Hulu

The show is produced by The SpringHill Company and Glassman Media. It was developed by Glassman Media in conjunction with CORE Media and produced in association with Universal Television Alternative Studio.

News of the renewal comes over two years after the show was picked up for season 3. So far through season 3, “The Wall” is averaging a 0.6 rating among adults 18-49 after seven days of delayed viewing, per Nielsen
