3000 years after the boy-god Nezha conquers the Dragon King then disappears in mythological times, he returns as an ordinary man to find his own path to becoming a true hero. The story takes place over 2000 years after Nezha conquered the Dragon King in the Fengshen Yanyi novel. Although Li Yunxiang, a normal young delivery man, comes from a slum, lives a fulfilling life and enjoys motor racing in his spare time. But when the arrogant rich son of Boss De (Dragon King) beats him, takes his beloved engine, and even injures his innocent orphaned sister, his deep anger turns into a True Fire explosion.

The true identity-Nezha, is revealed. Nezha, the God of Rebel, violent and egocentric, empowers Yunxiang, but the newly obtained uncontrollable power brings new harm to Yunxiang’s family and friends. Meanwhile Nezha’s old enemies are seeking revenges too. Facing the twist of fate, Yunxiang has to find out his own way to become a true hero.
