Wang Shicong, the renowned conglomerate’s chairman, met a tragic demise at his residence. Investigator Liang Wenchao (portrayed by Zhang Zhen) and his spouse, detective A Bao (played by Janine Chang), unearthed a startling revelation while delving into the matter: the deceased’s son Wang Tianyou (portrayed by Lin Huimin), his newlywed spouse Li Yan (acted by Sun Anke), longtime associate Wan Yufan (played by Christopher Li), and even the deceased ex-wife Tang Suzhen (portrayed by Zhang Baijia) all share intricate interconnections. A Bao unraveled the horrifying secret concealed beneath the case… This film is an adaptation of Jiang Bo’s novel, “Transference of Souls.”
