In Challengers, Zendaya portrays Tashi Duncan, a former tennis sensation turned coach, who exudes an unapologetic force both on and off the court. Married to a struggling champion, Tashi’s quest for her husband’s redemption takes an unexpected twist when he is pitted against his former best friend, the washed-up Patrick, who also happens to be Tashi’s former flame. As their intertwined pasts and current realities clash, tensions escalate, prompting Tashi to confront the question: what sacrifices are necessary for victory?
