Acasa, My Home is film directed by Radu Ciorniciuc. World premiere at the 2020 Sundance Film Festival on January 26, 2020.

Radu Ciorniciuc’s documentary is a very special film that accompanies for four years a social program related to an unusual family. Gelu Enache and his wife had settled with their nine children in the the area, closed and abandoned area for over two decades, of the Vacaresti Park, also called the Bucharest Delta.

Gică and Niculina live with their children surrounded by nature and far from modern society. When the Bucharest delta is designated a nature reserve, their alternative life in the wilderness comes to an end. In the city, they must find themselves again.
